Less than a year in...

Hey guys,

So I guess this is the appropriate place to post this! I started my blog http://www.sobeautystuff.com/ in April 2016, so around 9 months old now. I have made constant changes and updates since launching.

In November I switched from Blogger to self hosted Wordpress, this was a pretty scary change for me, but definitely made a big difference; I wasn't getting accurate analytics on blogger, and I now have s much more control over all the elements of my blog.

I also launched my YouTube channel at the same time; each post comes with a video (or vice versa!) which makes it a lot harder to pump out posts. I work full time, so currently doing one post and video per week.

Before I reach my first anniversary I have a bunch of goals I want to hit, get subscribers up, get more traffic in. My Instagram is my most successful social media platform (so far!) and helps me drive traffic. I'm starting to get a lot more into Pinterest. It's hard work keeping them all updated regularly!

I hate shameless promo, and constantly sharing my link, but I'm getting more comfortable asking people to read my blog if it interests them... I'd love to know any tips on driving traffic to my blog?
